Aerosafe Guardian I Standby Vacuum Pump

The manufacturer, Aero Safe corporation in Granbury, TX. really helped me. They lined up a local shop to do the install. The shop scheduled the FAA rep for the inspection. I flew over to Granbury last Sunday, the shop installed the unit Monday and Tuesday AM the FAA rep came to the airport and inspected and signed off the 337 form. Can't say enough about about Darrel Allison of Aero Safe. He gave me one of his cars to drive while there. Was a tour guide and treated to several meals. Great hospitality.

The pump is great. Can run it anytime. Great reassurance when IFR or at night. I really like it even if a bit costly. The shop, Sport Avaition CO., at Granbury were great folks. 100 LL was ONLY $2.20 a gallon, I felt like a thief....
